Do we live to work or work to live?

We spend more of our lives engaged at work than any other single activity and yet we seem unhappy. According to Gallup, 80% of us are unhappy at work.

From the bedroom to the boardroom, therapist and business coach Gavin Sharpe addressed these issues on the Full English Breakfast Show. He took questions about AI in the workplace, how to change careers when stuck and shared some of hiw professional journey.
