The Relationship Workout

How many of us work-out in the gym? Strive to eat healthy? Put ourselves on rigorous diets? We work hard to be at our personal best. Yet we assume our relationships will stay healthy without the same level of care and attention.

Sometimes our relationships get stuck. The spark might be gone. Maybe the sex feels routine, flat, or mismatched. Often communication isn’t what it used to be. We often refer these relationships as being stuck in 2nd gear. The relationship is coasting but not racing.

In The Relationship Workout, we work with couples for six weekly sessions, each lasting 90 minutes. After an initial assessment, we agree a set of core relationship goals and couples take their relationship to my therapeutic gym in order to get the basic love ingredients pumping again.

The Relationship Workout is a tailor-made product, unique to each couple and developed by Gavin Sharpe utilising a number of theories, techniques and research that all support the fundamentals that make up a healthy and happy relationship.
