What is the definition of anger? What separates healthy anger from unhealthy anger? Should you teach your children how to be angry or rather should you teach them to avoid anger?  Why do some of us seem to get angry for no reason? Is road rage connected to anger or just bad drivers?!  Are we all much angrier these days or does it just seem that way? Can anger arise for no reason?
