I am an experienced and qualified therapist currently specialising in neurosomatic psychotherapy. I work with clients looking to heal from relational and developmental trauma. My goal is to help people find the most effortless and joyful way back to mental, emotional and physical balance and wellbeing. I empower individuals to connect to their heart and life force and support them in creating the life they long for.
I am also an certified international energy healer and body mind therapist. I completed a 4-year Professional Studies healing programme at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing in Florida and then focused on relational and developmental trauma and body-oriented psychotherapy at the Brennan Institute in Oxford for the 2 year Advanced Studies Program. I have worked with individuals across the world of all ages and from all walks of life.
Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in marketing and events management.
I work in English, French or Italian.
I have a certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling and I am also a qualified coach working from a cognitive-behavioural perspective. I work with people of all backgrounds to reduce anxiety, stress, and isolation, and to increase connection and self-compassion.
I work in a welcoming, gentle, non-judgmental way with the intention that my clients might begin to develop these same qualities in themselves, toward themselves. I believe so many of us suffer first and foremost from a hard and harsh relationship with ourselves, and that by softening and loosening the rigid reins that we tend to keep ourselves tied up in, we make a little more space in our lives – to create, learn, explore, and relate in new and exciting ways.
As a therapist, I work integratively. I draw on my training in neurosomatic psychotherapy, which combines neuroscience and integrative psychotherapy, to help clients understand that our thoughts, emotions, and actions emerge from and correspond to real, physical, physiological mechanisms in the brain and the body.
I am a trainee member of the National Council of Psychotherapists.
