On January 22, 2025, global estate agents Savills and Monaco-based Riviera Wellbeing will inaugurate the Monaco Business Circle, an exclusive invitation-only forum tailored for CEOs, senior business leaders, and entrepreneurs.
The initiative aims to create a space where senior leaders in Monaco can explore peak performance strategies and discuss what it takes to thrive in today’s fast-evolving business landscape. Meetings will be held every four to six weeks over casual breakfasts at Club CREM in Monaco.
Co-founder Gavin Sharpe, a leadership and performance coach, will bring insights from his acclaimed CEO program, “The Path to Success.” This bespoke program focuses on self-development and scaling networks and businesses. Attendees will have the chance to engage in meaningful networking, explore personal growth, and delve into emerging business trends.
Speaking about the forum, Sharpe noted: “As most senior leaders know, it’s lonely at the top. In this rapidly evolving and volatile business climate, I’m excited to help our business community come together and explore opportunities for transformational growth.”
Irene Luke of Savills highlighted the alignment of the initiative with the company’s values: “At Savills, we constantly seek innovative ways to contribute to growth and wellbeing in the Principality. Coming together informally as a business community to enhance leadership skills resonates strongly with both our personal and corporate ethos.”
Savills and Riviera Wellbeing have previously collaborated on initiatives promoting wellbeing in Monaco. Jean-Claude Caputo of Savills Monaco expressed enthusiasm for the new venture: “The Monaco Business Circle will spotlight individual and corporate wellbeing, which can only benefit the Principality. Our shared values make this partnership a natural fit.”
Key topics planned for 2025 include managing boardroom conflicts, preventing executive burnout, fostering high-performance teams, and navigating the challenges of a multigenerational workforce.
Attendees are invited to contribute 25 euros to Child Care Monaco, further supporting the community.
