Gavin Sharpe
Gavin founded Riviera Wellbeing in 2020.
Gavin Sharpe has spent approximately 30 years working with global corporates, law firms, senior individuals, groups and teams, principally consulting on the intersection of performance, leadership and strategy.
Gavin is a former lawyer, entrepreneur, therapist and coach. Reflecting on his decades of experience and research, Gavin understands what it takes to change individual and organisational behaviour and the importance of wellbeing.
Prior to moving to Monaco, he was the founder and CEO of a global recruitment company which won multiple industry awards and was recognised by the British newspaper The Sunday Times.
He has served on various boards bringing his consulting and leadership expertise to other organisations. He hosts a monthly radio show on 106.5FM Riviera Radio, The Wellbeing Window.

Molly Sanders
Molly is an ICF accredited individual and group coach, working with people from a range of sectors from the cultural industry to immersive technology and commercial law. She supports people in pursuit of maximum personal and professional growth to find clarity, discover and refine purpose, and reach their potential.
Trained in Relational Dynamics and group coaching, her style also draws from positive psychology, the Co-Active model, body work and mindfulness; she uses these approaches to raise awareness and unlock fresh perspectives to create lasting change in people’s lives.
Molly’s work is driven by a deep belief that everyone holds great potential to positively impact their lives and the world around them. Her passion is working with women, with a particular focus on their work and health and how the two intersect, this includes: transitions, career progression, fertility, motherhood and the return-to-work post-maternity.
Her practice builds on 15 years as a Producer, Programmer and Programme Director in dance and participation, working in leadership across world-renowned arts organisations including Sadler’s Wells, Southbank Centre, Cultural Institute at King’s College London and Grec Festival de Barcelona. As Creative Consultant for leadership development consultancy, just add water, she’s adept at working with individuals and groups in response to business challenges and needs.
Sebastian Rocca
Sebastian is a social entrepreneur and a pioneer in the use of social investment. His passion is to apply innovative models for social change that are sustainable, scalable and replicable.
He coaches people who feel stuck and/or want to live more authentically. That includes social entrepreneurs, CEOs of social businesses/charities as well as executives within the LGBTQI communities.
Sebastian is the founder of Micro Rainbow and the Micro Rainbow International Foundation. These organisations promote equality of LGBTQI people through housing, employment and small businesses in the UK and internationally.
In the UK, Sebastian created the first national housing scheme for homeless LGBTQI asylum seekers and refugees. In Cambodia, he designed and implemented the first micro-finance programme for the benefit of LGBTQI people in poverty. In Brazil, he created the first small business incubator for LGBTQI people in poverty. These award-winning schemes have successfully attracted social investment.
Prior to founding Micro Rainbow, Sebastian served as Executive Director of Rainbow Migration and held the same post at International Lesbian and Gay Association (ILGA).
Sebastian holds a BA/MSc in Economics and a MSc in Poverty Reduction and Development Management. He enjoys running marathons and painting.
Sandra Vasiljević Berset
Sandra is an experienced and qualified therapist currently specialising in neurosomatic psychotherapy. She works with clients looking to heal from relational and developmental trauma.
Her goal is to help people find the most effortless and joyful way back to mental, emotional and physical balance and wellbeing. She empowers individuals to connect to their heart and life force and support them in creating the life they long for.
She is also an certified international energy healer and body mind therapist. She completed a 4-year Professional Studies healing programme at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing in Florida and then focused on relational and developmental trauma and body-oriented psychotherapy at the Brennan Institute in Oxford for the 2 year Advanced Studies Program.
Sandra has worked with individuals across the world of all ages and from all walks of life.
Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, Sandra worked in marketing and events management.
She works in English, French or Italian.
Philippa Ridley
Philippa is a UK qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and Couples Counsellor.
She works with Individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, eating disorders, drug/ alcohol /gambling addictions and couples experiencing difficulties in their relationships.
Philippa trained in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and with the Tavistock Institute for Couples Therapy.
Philippa offers a warm, safe, confidential, non-judgmental & professional space for you to talk, be heard, and for your personal experiences to be validated so positive change can occur.
Her goal is to support and guide you to get to know yourself better, to learn self-acceptance, love and how to be kinder to yourself to live a more fulfilling life.
Philippa is an accredited member of UK Counsel for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). She abides by the UKCP and BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
