Team Coaching

Team coaching can be a helpful intervention not only when teams are struggling but also when teams are being formed, or in times of transition.

We work with teams in the context of how they engage and relate to all their stakeholders. In doing so, we work to understand and improve a team’s purpose, performance and processes as well as enhance its interpersonal dynamics.

We have studied teams and developed a pioneering approach to team coaching. We appreciate that success requires a profound understanding of the space between the individuals as well as working with the whole team.

Our work is results driven with an emphasis on return on investment. As the saying goes, nothing changes if nothing changes.

In this rapidly changing world, the challenges facing organisations have become more complex and interconnected, arguably too complex to rely on individual leaders. The need for teams to offer solutions is paramount.

As with all our services, we adopt a person-centred approach. Given our founder’s roots in business and psychology, our aim is to understand the person and people at the centre of the team, as well as working systemically. It always starts with you.
