The Lawyer Accelerator programme is a twelve-week programme for senior lawyers interested in achieving peak performance. Based on our research and experience of working with lawyers, we have developed a unique, results-driven programme.
At the heart of the programme, there is a 90-minute masterclass every two weeks for 12 weeks, recorded live and available on your portal. Each session comes with a toolkit and self-reflection exercises. Wrapped around the masterclasses are six individual coaching sessions, at a time that suits you.
Individual and organisational goals are set in advance of the programme and these are used to benchmark success throughout the programme and for the law firm to measure its return on investment.
We have studied the unique personality characteristics of a lawyer. We understand the realities of being a senior lawyer in private practice, such as the growing demands of clients to reduce costs, the rise of artificial intelligence and the ongoing war for talent.
Through a combination of training, coaching, and group work, you’ll learn how to successfully achieve the best version of yourself and lead your team and/or firm to greater success.
About Gavin Sharpe
Gavin Sharpe is a leadership and performance coach. He has spent approximately 30 years working with global corporates and law firms, principally consulting on the intersection of performance, leadership and strategy. Gavin is a former lawyer, commencing his legal career at Allen & Overy and subsequently at Olswang, now CMS.
Gavin founded the global legal search company SSQ whereupon he recruited associates, partners and teams for many of the top U.K. and U.S. and global law firms. After selling his shares in SSQ, Gavin moved to Monaco, where he resides today.
Gavin is the founder of Riviera Wellbeing, a coaching and learning organisation committed to helping others live their best lives. In particular, he and his team work with senior lawyers to facilitate them unlock their potential.
Cost
The fee per lawyer is £3,999. There is a limit on the number of lawyers who can attend this programme from the same firm. If you are interested in running a programme for a number of lawyers in a single law firm, please enquire separately.
