The Monaco Business Circle

The Monaco Business Circle is an invitation-only forum for senior business leaders in the Principality, dedicated to unlocking peak performance and driving sustained success.

As leaders advance, honest feedback becomes increasingly rare. Seniority can create blind spots—those very structures that once fueled growth, such as challenge, reflection, and guidance, often fade just when they’re needed most.

The Monaco Business Circle provides a confidential space to reflect, grow, and sharpen leadership effectiveness. It enables senior executives to challenge assumptions, gain fresh perspectives, and learn from peers navigating similar challenges.

How it works:

  • The Circle meets every six to eight weeks for an informal breakfast at Club CREM, Monaco.
  • Each session features practical insights from Gavin Sharpe on personal and professional performance.
  • The true value lies in peer-to-peer discussion, where open dialogue fosters shared learning and actionable insights.

Proposed topics for 2026 include:

  • Developing Your Leadership Brand
  • Building and Leading High-Performing Teams
  • From Surviving to Thriving: Why Emotional Intelligence Matters in a Changing World
  • Creating a Thriving Multigenerational Workforce
  • Overcoming Imposter Syndrome in Leadership
  • Managing Board-Level Conflict
  • Managing the Three Ps: Perfectionism, Procrastination, and People-Pleasing
  • Avoiding Executive Burnout
  • The Art of Sales

Membership & Participation:
Attendance is by invitation only. Participants secure their place by making a contribution to Child Care Monaco, combining professional growth with meaningful impact.
