The Monaco Business Circle meets monthly for a casual breakfast at [Club CREM in Monaco], during which co-founder and leadership coach Gavin Sharpe shares his insights from his leading CEO program “The Path to Success.” This is a bespoke program offered to leaders interested in self-development and scaling their networks and businesses.

About Gavin Sharpe
Gavin Sharpe has spent approximately 30 years working with global corporates, law firms, senior individuals, groups and teams, principally consulting on the intersection of performance, leadership and strategy.
Gavin is a former lawyer, entrepreneur, therapist and leadership coach. He has founded several companies and helped scale many others. Prior to moving to Monaco, he was the founder and CEO of a global recruitment company which was consistently and independently ranked as the most successful recruitment company in the UK (The Recruiter magazine’s “Top 100” which analyses gross profit per employee). His company won multiple industry awards and were recognised by the British newspaper The Sunday Times.
Gavin founded Riviera Wellbeing in 2020 to help others live their best lives. Reflecting on his decades of experience and research, Gavin understands what it takes to change individual and organisational behaviour and the importance of wellbeing.
